> Let Whirl carry out a proposed action, such as sending a message.

Approve an action, exactly like pressing Approve in Whirl: Whirl then
really sends the email or message, or changes the record in the
connected tool. Only approve what the user explicitly asked you to
approve. Execution runs in the background; the response gives the new
status (approved, possibly scheduled for later) and get_pending_action
shows the outcome. Actions in a sequence must be approved in order.
Human tasks and agent questions are not approved: use
